What is the purchasing process like?
TEL Expert Solutions follows a straightforward 6-step process for our comprehensive Purchasing Services:
STEP 1
Customer submits an enquiry.
STEP 2
Acknowledgement and confirmation of product details (i.e. brand, model, platform, quantity, etc.) with customer within 1 working day. A quotation is provided to the customer within 0 to 3 working days from confirmation of product details.
STEP 3
Customer confirms the order.
STEP 4
TEL Expert Solutions places the order with our qualified vendor or the customer-specified vendor within 1 working day of order confirmation.
STEP 5
Upon receipt of the item(s), TEL Expert Solutions verifies their correctness, condition, and quality.
STEP 6
TEL Expert Solutions delivers item(s) to customer within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of item(s).
Throughout the process, TEL Expert Solutions manages all communications with the vendor on your behalf, ensuring a smooth experience. We also keep you updated via email on the progress of your order, so you are always informed about the status of your items.

What is the return policy?
TEL Expert Solutions' Return Policy is based on the return policies of our qualified vendors. Specific details of the return policy will be outlined in the quotation provided to you.
Can I make purchases with Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes, you may place an order with us via Purchase Order (PO) after your company has been reviewed and approved by our Finance and Controlling Office. Unless otherwise specified, the standard credit terms for PO-based purchases is net 30 days.
Can I make purchases with TEL Expert Solutions if I am an individual?
Yes, you may place an order with us even if you are an individual. However, please note that payment terms for individuals is Advance Payment (payment upon confirmation of order). Credit terms may be offered to you if you become a repeat customer.
What are the payment terms for Purchasing Services?
An invoice will be issued upon completion of the services. Payment terms shall be Advance Payment (Bank Transfer or PayNow), Cash on Delivery (Cash, Bank Transfer or PayNow), or Credit Terms (net 30 days, subject to approval by our Finance and Controlling Department; a Purchase Order from the customer is required).
Are there any penalties for cancelling Purchasing Services before completion?
The customer will be charged in full, as per the quoted price, once the item(s) is/are shipped from the vendor’s or supplier’s site. Prior to this point, cancellation will not incur any penalties.

Consulting Services
What is the consulting process like?
TEL Expert Solutions follows a straightforward 5-step process for our comprehensive Consulting Services:
STEP 1
Customer submits an enquiry.
STEP 2
Acknowledgement and additional communication or clarification from TEL Expert Solutions within 1 working day. A quotation is provided to the customer within 0 to 3 working days from confirmation of required service.
STEP 3
Customer confirms the order.
STEP 4
TEL Expert Solutions begins the formal consultation process with the customer. If testing is involved, TEL Expert Solutions arrange collection of test items with customer. These items are recorded into our system before being sent to our qualified ISO 17025-accredited partner laboratories for testing.
STEP 5
TEL Expert Solutions delivers the final reports and/or deliverables within the stipulated timeline.
Throughout the process, TEL Expert Solutions manages all communications with vendors or suppliers relevant to the consulting services on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. We also provide regular email updates to keep you informed on the progress and status of the service.
Are our laboratory partners accredited?
All of our laboratory partners are accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) to the internationally-recognised ISO 17025:2017 standard. TEL Expert Solutions also carefully qualifies our partner laboratories to ensure they consistently meet our stringent requirements.
What are the payment terms for Consulting Services?
For short-term Consulting Services (services lasting 1 month or less; Test Method Consultancy and Product Testing Solutions), an invoice will be issued upon completion of the services. Payment terms shall be Advance Payment (Bank Transfer or PayNow), Cash on Delivery (Cash, Bank Transfer or PayNow), or Credit Terms (net 30 days, subject to approval by our Finance and Controlling Department; a Purchase Order from the customer is required).
For long-term Consulting Services (services lasting more than 1 month; Quality Management System Consulting), invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Payment terms shall be Advance Payment (Bank Transfer or PayNow), Cash on Delivery (Cash, Bank Transfer or PayNow), or Credit Terms (net 30 days, subject to approval by our Finance and Controlling Department; a Purchase Order from the customer is required).
Are there any penalties for cancelling Consulting Services before completion?
For all Consulting Services involving testing, the customer will be charged in full, as per the quoted price, if testing at our partner laboratory has commenced.
For short-term Consulting Services that do not involve testing, the customer will be charged 50% of the quoted price if the service is cancelled within 2 calendar days from the confirmation date. After this period, the customer will be charged in full, as per the quoted price.
For long-term Consulting Services that do not involve testing, the customer will be charged 50% of the quoted price if the service is cancelled within 1 calendar month from the confirmation date. After this period, the customer will be charged in full, as per the quoted price.

Auditing Services
What is the auditing process like?
TEL Expert Solutions follows a straightforward 8-step process for our comprehensive Auditing Services:
STEP 1
Customer submits an enquiry.
STEP 2
Acknowledgement from TEL Expert Solutions within 1 working day and an audit specialist will be assigned to the customer to finalise details and requirements. A quotation is provided to the customer within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation of required service.
STEP 3
Customer confirms the order, and TEL Expert Solutions shall follow up with the assignment of a lead auditor to manage the enquiry.
Additionally, customer will need to send an email to their intended auditee (with TEL Expert Solutions copied) confirming that TEL Expert Solutions has been appointed as the auditor or investigator on behalf of the customer.
STEP 4
TEL Expert Solutions coordinates with the auditee to schedule the audit or investigation. Relevant documentation, such as the Audit or Investigation Agenda, is sent to the auditee. Unless otherwise requested, the customer will be copied in all email communications with the auditee.
STEP 5
TEL Expert Solutions conducts audit or investigation on behalf of customer. The customer may also appoint officers as auditors, technical experts, or observers for the audit or investigation.
STEP 6
TEL Expert Solutions delivers the Audit or Investigation Report to both the customer and the auditee. The auditee must respond with corrective and preventive actions or a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) plan, if applicable, within the agreed-upon timeline.
STEP 7
Customer reviews the actions and/or CAPA plan submitted by the auditee, with the advice and support from TEL Expert Solutions.
STEP 8
TEL Expert Solutions issues a Closing Letter to auditee if all actions and plans are deemed acceptable by the customer.
Throughout the process, TEL Expert Solutions manages all communications with the auditee on your behalf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. We also provide regular email updates to keep you informed on the progress.
What are the payment terms for Auditing Services?
Payment terms shall be Advance Payment (Bank Transfer or PayNow) or Credit Terms (net 30 days, subject to approval by our Finance and Controlling Department; a Purchase Order from the customer is required).
Are there any penalties for cancelling Auditing Services before completion?
If the audit or investigation has not yet commenced, either virtually or physically at the auditee's site, the customer will be charged 30% of the quoted price.
Once the audit or investigation has commenced, either virtually or physically at the auditee's site, the customer will be charged in full, as per the quoted price.
